Installation will begin with health and safety aspects addressed, and the surveyor will visit to measure everything accurately. They will then contact you to arrange for the installation date. It’s always recommended to check with your local authority when carrying out any home improvement project for correct guidance on whether you will need Building Regulations Approval and planning permission. They will apply to extensions, but conservatories themselves will not fall under the provision that they:
