Receive Initial Enquiry
Once we’ve received your initial enquiry, we’ll be in touch very shortly by email or telephone for a brief discussion and to arrange a home visit.
Home Visit to Measure up and Take Photos
Our friendly sales advisor will visit your home to assess the viability of the work you’ve requested, measure up and take any necessary photos.
Quote Provided at Home or via Telephone
Once the home assessment is complete, we will provide you with a competitive quote there and then, or via email or post.
Follow up Call
When we’ve completed your quote, we will give you breathing space to make a final decision. This will then be followed up with a call to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the renovation work.
Paperwork & Photos Sent to Surveyor
Now that you’ve confirmed that you would like to proceed, we will prepare the paperwork and relevant photos ready to pass on to our surveyor. We will, at this stage, make arrangements for the Surveyor to visit and carry out a full technical survey.
Health and Safety Aspects Addressed
As ethical installers, all health and safety aspects are now assessed and acted on accordingly.
Surveyor Visits to Measure up Accurately
Now that the Surveyor has carried out his technical survey and had time to appraise the work, he will contact you to arrange a suitable installation date.
Into Production
Now that we have carefully processed your order, your PVCu frames begin their journey through the manufacturing process, your order is sent to our modern manufacturing plant in Clevedon.
On Average, 4-6 Week Turnaround From Enquiry to Installation
Once we’ve fabricated your made to measure windows, doors or conservatory, we will begin the installation. Carried out in a swift and timely manner, our focus is concentrated on delivering the least hassle to you and your family, whilst maintaining the highest levels of craftsmanship.
Dedicated After Sales Service
Once your installation has been successfully fitted, the Seal-Lite service doesn’t just end there. With an excellent aftercare service and a professional on-site service engineer assigned to all Seal-Lite customers, we provide a first-class after sale service that you would expect of a high-caliber fabrication and installation service.
